Stop: Biursting crackers
Every Diwali, we burst crackers. These crackers emit lots of carbon dioxide, monoxide and methane. It pollutes the air. The heat causes holes in the ozone layer, the spherical layer that protects Earth from the deadly ultra-violet rays of the sun. Holes in the ozone layer can easily cause skin cancer through the UV rays, killing lots of life. So, please stop bursting crackers.
Birds: Flight
Birds are special for one spectacular feature of them: flight. They do this using:
a) Powerful wing muscles
b) Tail feathers for steering
c) Flight feathers
d) Powerful chest muscles
e) High maintainance of balance
f) light and hollow skeleton
g) perfectly crafted skeleton
Using these tools, they can perform spectacular feats in the air.

Exercise
The exercises required to build up stronger muscles, making your muscles stronger will also make the part of the body the exercise is based on, powerful. Example: Push ups- They build up chest muscles and make the spine stronger, to further protect the spinal cord. They also make knuckle, palm, wrist, elbow and shoulder muscles more powerful. Hence, you get a more powerful punch. For making your spine strong, you have to look straight. Your stomach, flex and legs should not touch the ground, only your chest.Your body must not be pushed forward, you must just bend your elbows powerfully. Your legs must be straight, without your knee joints bending. When doing sit-ups, your knees must be bent fully. Your back must be straight, and you must look straightly. Your eyes must concentrate.
Martial Arts
When delivering a punch, your front leg must be bent, the back leg straight. The front and back legs must face 45 degree, your back and front feet too, but your body must be straight. Your eyes must be concentrated on your opponent. When blocking, your body, legs and feet must face 45 degree. Your only concentration is not even the opponent, but his moves. Your block must be hard.
Food
You must eat wholesome healthy food. You must not diet, or fast. You must not eat too much, or too little of food. You must have 6 meals a day, once in the morning, at around 6:30-8:00 a.m, once at noon, at about 11:30-11:50 am, once at the afternoon, at around 1:00-1:45 p.m, once at the early evening, at around 4:00-6:00, once at the late evening, at around 7:00 and at last, dinner, at around 9:00.
